This includes the fact that, as part of the Services, you may post and share content, including audio and text content (“User Content”), and that content will remain yours. You agree that User Content does not and will not violate third-party rights of any kind, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or rights of privacy. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to reject and/or remove any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement.

If our customers cannot trust us with their ideas, we cannot help them create clear and concise communication. Ensuring that your data is secure is thus an essential task for the value we create. We take it seriously.

We are working towards our ISO 27001 certification and rely on Soc2-Type2 certified partners for critical services. We protect three types of data:
1) Critically sensitive data, which includes user's transcripts and audio.
2) Sensitive data, which includes user contact information, interactions within our app and business metrics.
3) Public data, including the visible parts of our app.

These three categories inform our information management programs, which include server and endpoint security, authentication requirements, transcription security, encryption, data storage, and cybersecurity prevention programs. Enterprise clients can reach out to discuss our Information Security Management policies as part of the engagement process for Team plans.
